Measuring and quotes

Measuring visits and quotes are free. Quotes are usually provided within 24 hours; larger projects may take longer.

Pricing

Prices are fixed as standard and only change if supplier costs change. Small jobs in central London may carry additional time/travel fees, which will be stated in your quote.

Supply

Urban Floors only installs products supplied by Urban Floors. We do not offer a fit-only service.

Payment

A 40% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on completion (this may vary per job and will be confirmed in your quote). We accept secure Monzo payment links, card, contactless, QR code and PayPal.

Guarantee

All installation work carries a 2-year free-of-charge installation guarantee covering installation issues. Product or material faults are covered by the manufacturer's own guarantee, which is passed on to you.

Insurance

Urban Floors holds £2,000,000 public liability insurance.
