Old timber floorboards are rarely flat enough for modern thin floors. Gaps, cupped boards and nail heads show through LVT and vinyl. Ply boarding fixes plywood sheets over the boards to create a smooth, stable surface.
Urban Floors carries out ply boarding with materials supplied by Urban Floors, as part of supply-and-fit projects. The need for ply is assessed at the free measure and included in your fixed price.
